Regulatory agencies provide a confidential way to file a formal complaint if you have been the victim of a financial crime, or believe one is being orchestrated. I only listed the two countries as that is where you would find the majority of publicly traded microcap companies. Click on the name for a link to their website.

FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) is a government-authorized not-for-profit organization that oversees U.S. broker-dealers. You can file an investor complaint, a regulatory tip, check the background of an individual or firm, or search their database for past enforcement (by name).
If you go into tools and calculators, they also offer smart investing courses. A very useful website for novice and experienced investors. Finra.org
